Webstume is responsible for building, improving and maintaining software systems under agreed scopes of work. That responsibility is defined by the written engagement — including deliverables, environments we are authorized to access, and the period of support.

We do not control how clients deploy, operate, market or use software after delivery, unless ongoing operations are explicitly included in a maintenance or retainer agreement.

Clients remain solely responsible for ensuring their use of any Webstume-built or Webstume-maintained system complies with applicable laws, regulations, licences, third-party terms and industry requirements.

This includes — without limitation — data protection, consumer protection, financial services rules, healthcare rules, export controls, sanctions, advertising standards, accessibility mandates and sector-specific licensing.

Webstume does not guarantee legal compliance of client business practices, content, data handling or end-user activity involving software we create or maintain. Engineering work is not a substitute for legal counsel or compliance programmes.

Software often depends on third-party APIs, cloud providers, payment processors, AI providers, app stores and other platforms. Those providers’ terms, outages, pricing changes and policy enforcement are outside Webstume’s control.

Business results — revenue, traffic, rankings, conversion rates or user growth — depend on many factors beyond engineering. We do not guarantee commercial outcomes. Timelines and effort estimates are good-faith projections, not fixed promises, unless a contract says otherwise.

Case studies, product examples and screenshots on this site illustrate real systems where disclosure is allowed. They are not warranties that similar results will be achieved for every client.
